Terms and Conditions

Fyinora is a business management platform designed for resellers, botters, collectors, and online sellers. The Service allows users to track orders, inventory, sales, pre-orders, income, expenses, and related business data, and may include additional tools such as market price tracking, email automation, and business analytics.

Fyinora is a tool to help you organize and manage your own business activity. We do not process payments on your behalf, act as a marketplace, or take any part in transactions between you and your customers or suppliers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• Account access may be tied to a connected Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that connected account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
• You may not share your account, sell your account, or allow unauthorized third parties to access it.

• Fyinora offers a Free plan with limited functionality and one or more paid subscription plans with expanded features, billed on the interval you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Prices, plan features, and billing intervals may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to pricing before they take effect on your next billing cycle.
• If a subscription lapses or you reach a Free plan usage limit, you may choose any available plan and billing interval to continue or upgrade — you are not required to re-select your previous plan.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to the Free plan.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Upload or store data you do not have the right to use;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is expressly permitted;
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, chargebacks, or deceptive commercial practices against third parties;
• Attempt to crack, hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its source code, security systems, or any restricted areas (including admin portals or systems reserved for authorized personnel);
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any access controls, subscription/plan gating, licensing restrictions, or security features of the Service;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise attempt to compromise the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

• "Your Data" means the business data you input into Fyinora, including inventory records, sales records, financial figures, and related content.
• You retain ownership of Your Data. You grant Fyinora a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Data, including figures used for profit calculations, inventory tracking, and financial reporting. Fyinora is a record-keeping and organizational tool, not a source of financial, tax, or legal advice.
• We maintain data isolation between accounts and do not share Your Data with other users. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect data.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business records where practical.

The Service, including its design, features, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Fyinora and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as Discord for authentication, or hosting and payment providers). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

• We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service, including admin-configurable modules and tools, at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

• You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain or delete Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any data calculations (including profit, income, or expense figures) will be free from error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyinora and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the [3] months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fyinora and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
